The complex attracts attention just by its own appearance. Each of 4 sections has a different geometric shape, which makes it unique. Hinged panels with wood imitation and decorative plaster are used in the decoration of the facades.
All buildings have rooms for every taste, from single apartments with private bathrooms and kitchens to rooms for three persons with shared facilities per block. There are lounge zones, a cybersport institute and spacious co-working zones in the complex. Also there is a gym, cafes and shops on the territory.
