The complex consists of 10 sections with various apartment layouts. During the design, special attention was paid to comfortable public places, spectacular entrance groups and local area.
The facades are available in two versions. The first one is made of decorative pastel-colored plaster and hinged panels. Such an exterior will harmoniously fit into the architecture of the city. In the second variant, the decoration of clinker tiles and glassing in the floor prevail, which provides the building a modern loft-style look.
