Aura Apart is a collaboration with Aura Development and Vatmanstudio. The project was highly appreciated at the prestigious European Property Awards competition and received awards in two nominations "Residential High-Rise Architecture" and "Best Apartment"

The apartments are located in the resort of Odessa on the first line. The complex has 14 floors and underground parking. With panoramic windows and balconies along the entire building, you can enjoy the sea views. In addition, much attention was paid to the improvement and landscaping of the adjacent territory.
The peculiarities of this project include: location in a seismic zone with a complex relief near the sea; dynamic facade - complex configuration of monolithic slabs with a facade system. Our main task was to create a reliable constructive building and think over the implementation of wave-shaped terraces.
